Services & Fees

Fees

In Florida, notaries may charge up to $10 per notarial act, with additional travel fees allowed if agreed upon in advance.

General Notarizations: $10

    • General notarizations encompass a variety of documents, including but not limited to acknowledgments, jurats, promissory notes, bills of sale, affidavits, powers of attorney, wills, identity verification forms, and parental consent forms.

Remote Online Notarizations (RON): $35 & Up

    • Nearly all documents that can be notarized in person are also eligible for remote notarization. Note: A separate fee applies to each notarial act.

Loan Signing Services: Per Loan Package

    • Fees begin at $130 and may vary depending on the specific requirements of the loan package. Costs include document printing, scanning/faxing, number of signers, travel, location, and providing a witness if needed. Contact us to discuss the details of your loan signing needs.

I-9 Verifications: $30

Provided Witnesses: $25

    • I-9 verification fees are billed per employee since these forms do not require notarization and are not subject to Florida’s notary fee regulations. However, a Notary Public can serve as an authorized representative to verify identification. Travel fees are additional and not included in the standard charge.

    • A $25 fee will apply per witness if provided by Trusted Notary Services. However, you may supply your own witness at no extra charge, provided they meet the State of Florida’s requirements and have valid identification.

Holiday Fees: $25

    • $25 for any services on Federal Holiday.

Miscellaneous Fees:

    • A $10 fee will be charged for each signer in the event of a failed verification.

    • A $15 fee will be charged for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

    • A $10 fee will apply for rescheduled appointments.

Travel Fees:

    • Less than 50 miles: $30

    • Between 50 to 100 miles: $60
